With our handmade production methods we are able to use traditional overnight fermentation processes as well as using sour doughs and starters, without the use of preservatives.
As all our bread and rolls are produced on the same day we specialise in oven bottom and crusty products.
We also supply a wide range of outlets, from hog roasts, deli’s, restaurants and hotels.
